Steven is a dynamic General Manager with a diverse background in transportation management and logistics. With over three decades of experience in the industry, he has successfully led large-scale transportation operations, streamlined processes, and increased operational efficiencies. Steven’s strategic vision and expertise in supply chain optimization have resulted in significant cost savings and improved customer satisfaction for Ward’s and other organizations he has served.

Outside of work, Steven likes to spend time with his family cheering on Florida sports teams or hitting the slopes in Utah.

Danny has been with the company since 2021, selling in multiple markets including Richmond, VA, Virginia Beach, VA, and now leading the sales teams in Raleigh, NC and Charlotte, NC. While starting out in an extensive training program, including working alongside the transportation and shipping teams, Danny brings a wealth of experience and knowledge, enabling him to better serve our customers and ensure the sales team is proactive and customer service-driven.

Outside of work, he enjoys staying active at local Charlotte gyms, spending time with friends and family, and catching any local sporting event in the Carolinas.
