Working in conjunction with a detailed plan for safety in the food industry, we can meet and exceed federal regulatory standards in the fresh produce industry. Through measuring the food safety culture achievement by observing behaviors, analyzing trends of audit results, product test results analysis, environmental test result analysis, test knowledge, customer complaint trend analysis, we will continually improve our processes to create a better product.
